I’ve wanted to read a biography on Napoleon for a long time. Libby is the best for audiobooks!
So far, two things have stood out to me about him: he had a willingness to ask any question (no matter how dumb it seemed) in the process of learning, and he communicated frequently (sending an average of a few hundred letters per month for years on end).
Podcasts I’m Listening To
This one is two parts informative and one part entertaining. I learn several things from each All In episode.
I’ve started using the Perplexity search engine at perplexity.ai. The unique thing about this new search engine is it uses OpenAI’s API to produce an LLM-like response, but it cites all of the sources it used to produce your search results.
