Dr. Heiser went to be with the Lord in February of 2023. He left behind an incredible body of work in the form of essays, books, podcasts, videos, etc. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed exploring his unique worldview which he has called the “Divine Council Worldview.”

I’ve long wanted to read a book on Genghis Khan because all of Asia, and the world, is the way it is today (country/nation boundaries, technological progress, etc.) in part because of him.

I was searching for a non-fiction work on Genghis Khan as I’ve wanted to read one for some time. My local library app had this audiobook available, but after getting a few minutes in I realized this was historical fiction! No matter, it hooked me. Pretty fast-paced, enjoyable listen.
