Walter Isaacson’s recent release of his Elon Musk biography had me frantically checking Hoopla and Libby for audiobook versions of the book. Alas, all copies were already checked out.
So I thought, why not read some other Isaacson work first?
Da Vinci is thorough, well-written, and captivating.
…shamefully, I must report I didn’t pick up a book or listen to a minute of any audiobooks from my “want to read” list this week. Most of every day was taken up packing, moving, and settling my family into our new home. God was gracious and with the help of 20-25 dear friends and coworkers, we moved in on September 9.
Another excellent conversation from Lex Fridman; this time with Neri Oxman. Oxman is a designer, engineer, scientist, and artist working on computational design, synthetic biology, and digital fabrication, previously at MIT, and now at OXMAN.
It was a privilege to go through this book in one-on-one meetings with a senior leader at SonSet Solutions, the ministry with which I serve full-time.
Dr. Heiser went to be with the Lord in February of 2023. He left behind an incredible body of work in the form of essays, books, podcasts, videos, etc. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed exploring his unique worldview which he has called the “Divine Council Worldview.”
